The Bible is more than a book. If it were simply a book written by man, Psalms like Psalm 88 wouldn't be there. Yet, God allows it and even inspires it to be included. Therefore we must learn and understand why. There are probably many reasons, but one I can think of is God knows your heart, so there is no sense hiding your anguish. Go to Him, for He cares for you.
